Wednesday Nights @5pm Private Residence Dana is the practice of generosity and the essence of the path to freedom-the first crack of light in our ego protected lives. Moments of generosity open our hearts and minds and alleviates fear that we don't have enough, and allows us to relax our clinging.

Class Descriptions
Sensory Awareness Training for a calm nervous system:
This invaluable practice is all done supine and some prone with sliding and gliding, slow and smooth movements. It’s appropriate for any body shape, size and those with limitations. It’s extremely healing and affective for neurological disorders, deep healing and stress related issues.
Foundational Yoga:
Alignment based Hatha Yoga for Beginners or those with beginners mind. This class clearly explains and demonstrates the importance of the feet in standing poses. Working from “the ground up” is essential and sometimes overlooked in a large mainstream class. This class builds strength, stability, confidence and wisdom.
All Levels:
This class is for unwavering beginners and ongoing students who are interested in learning about alignment, sensory awareness, philosophy, the rope wall, and just open to ALL learning.
Level 2/3:
This class is for the intermediate plus practitioner. The class moves more quickly with an expectation that students have knowledge of “how to modify appropriately”. Students must regularly practice Sirsasana, Salamba Sarvangasana and Urdhva Dhannurasana or with permission.
